Find any extension in seconds
The Pharmacy Directory is the department’s internal phone book — every pharmacist, technician, and coordinator with their extension, phones, and location, searchable from one box.
Search anything
Type a name, nickname, extension, team, or location — results update as you type. Press / anywhere to jump to the search box and Esc to clear it.
Copy in one click
Click the extension plate on any card to copy the extension. Hover any phone, email, or fax for a copy button, or use the card icon to copy the whole contact as text.
Call directly
Phone numbers are links — on a phone or a desk softphone, tapping a number dials it immediately.
Filter and sort
Open the filter panel to narrow by team or location, and sort A–Z, by team, by location, or by most recently updated. Sorting by team or location groups results under headers.
Two views
Switch between the card grid () for full detail and the compact list () for fast scanning. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Light and dark
Use the moon/sun button in the header to switch themes. The app follows your system setting until you choose one.
Keeping data fresh
Spot an outdated number? Admins can update contacts, teams, and locations from the admin area — or let your directory admin know.
